“To rich's extended family: i knew when i had not heard from rich in a few months that things might have gotten worse, only to finally call a few times and not hear back, and then to look, hesitatingly, for his name in the obituaries. And i found him. I am so sad. He was one of my dearest friends, always positive, always helpful, always so kind to so many. I will truly miss him. I am sure many others will too. God bless him and keep him. May his memory be a blessing.”
