He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Fred and Josephine Louise Weber. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Weber of Frederick; his brother Dean Weber (Judy) of Palm Springs; his daughters, Kelsey Riccio (Todd) of Firestone and Courtney Pryor (John) of Frederick; and his grandchildren, Mia Louise, Easton, Crawford and Burke. He is also survived by his family, friends, and all the friends.
