He was predeceased by : his father Jim Carey; his grandparents, Will, Margarith Cullen, Louis and Betty Carey; his uncle Eugene Whited; and his aunt Wanda Martin.

He is survived by : his mother Kathleen Kelly (Cullen); his aunts and uncles, Ariana Cullen (AJ), Robert Martin, Bill, Bonnie Flim and Phyllis Whited; and his cousins, Krista Cullen, Brian Brieter, Greg Shierholt, Pamela Price, Robert Whited, Cheri Leedom and Pam Martin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
