We announce the death of Tamara Lynn O'Hara (Longmont, Colorado), born in Santa Ana, California, who passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 45. Tamara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Russ O'Hara. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Scheltinga, Trevin Webb and Terrick Webb; her mother Cheryl Johnson; her stepfather Dave Johnson; her grandparents, Gary and Charlene Crawford; and her siblings, Julianne Flesner, Deborah Eichhorn, Diana Van Cleave, David Johnson, Michael O'Hara and Cassandra Johnson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and at 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (715 Cabrini Dr, Lafayette, CO 80026). A rosary was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart of Mary Parish Cemetery (6739 S Boulder Rd, Boulder, CO 80303).
