He is survived by : his wife Judy; his children, Amy (Bret), Mike (Kelly), Doug (Jenni), Matt (Sara), Adam (Kasey), Ben (Tim) and Steven (Natalee); and his brothers, Phil, Richard, Ken and Mark. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
