He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor L. Sjodin and Catherine M Erickson (Erickson); his son Lance R. Sjodin; and his brother Douglas Sjodin. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Sjodin, Brian Sjodin and Bonnie Lepenske (John F. Lepenske); and his nephews, Jason Lepenske (Tori), Victor Sjodin (Carolyn) and Chris Sjodin (Alita).
