He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy Ceceilia McGlothlin; his parents, Alfred Norris and Ailene Rowell; and his stepmother Genevieve Webster. He is survived by: his children, Tyler Binkley, Taleen Binkley, Tyrus Norris, Tindra Norris, Cherie Norris, Terri Hunt, Troy Norris, Leann Bond and Matthew Norris; and his brothers, Michael, Roger and Ronnie Norris.
