He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Fehr; and his sister Betty Jean VanArke I.. He is survived by: his children, Anne Hovick (Craig) of Longmont and James Lowell Martin of Portland; and his grandchildren, Meggan, Lauren and Alex Hovick.
