He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Tracy Schmidt, Kelly Teague and Jay Nettleblad; his grandchildren, Avery, Eli Schmidt, Gage Nettleblad, Kayla Parry and Sadie Teague; and his sister Christine Welch.
At this time, no funeral or memorial service has been scheduled.The family asks that in lieu of flowers, you honor Bill's memory by raising a glass, taking a moment to look up at the sky, or simply doing something you love with those you cherish.
