Rose Gilbert Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose Gilbert (Louisville, Colorado), who passed away on May 11, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale DiCarlo and Donata Polumbo DiCarlo; her brother Gene DiCarlo (Pal DiCarlo); her nephew Gene Allan DiCarlo; her mother-in-law Dorothy Gilbert; and her brother-in-law Jack Gilbert.

She is survived by: her husband James Gilbert; and also, Nancy Novak, Will, Mary Jo Gilbert, Carmen, John Nibert, Charlie, Nancy Gilbert, Cynthia, John Contino, Paula Elrod, Karen DiCarlo, Dino (Leslie DiCarlo), Annicia Blacketer and Brooke Want.

A rosary was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the Calendar Saint Louis Catholic Church (902 Grant Ave, Louisville, CO 80027). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (901 Grant Ave, Louisville, CO 80027). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Cemetery (6739 S Boulder Rd, Boulder, CO 80303). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Louisville Recreation and Senior Center (900 Via Appia Way, Louisville, CO 80027).
