With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie B. Hanson (Loveland, Colorado), born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on June 3, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, E. Ralph Bonewitz and Cora Jane Stinson Bonewitz; her husband Curt Hanson; her stepdaughters, Amy Downing (Michael) of Thousand Oaks, California, Kate Greenly of Centennial, Colorado and Tannis Hanson of Redwood City, California.; her stepgrandchildren, Ben, Grace, Lane Greenly of Centennial, Colorado, Tate and Drew Downing of Thousand Oaks, California.; her siblings, Connie Ulmer (John) of Topeka, Kansas, Don Bonewitz (Nancy) and Tom Bonewitz of Manhattan, Kansas; and her nieces, Susie Bussell (Ron) of Topeka, Kansas. and Julie Streff (JR) of Topeka, Kansas.. She was also cherished by 18 great nieces and nephews, a great-great niece and nephew, many close friends and neighbors.
