She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tygart (Bill) and Berneda Tygart (Sloan); and her brothers, Darryl Tygart and David Tygart. She is survived by: her husband John Cook; her close friend Cheri; her daughter Tina Martin; her grandchildren, Andrew Martin (Alissa), Patrick Martin Jr. (Kelly), Niki Bee Martin and Johnny; her brother Steven Tygart; her great grandchild Patrick Martin III; her stepchildren, Jennifer Murray (New Hampshire), Chris Cook (Massachusetts) and Stacy Bott (Colorado); and her stepgrandchildren, Dylan, Max Cook (Massachusetts), Ashton and Kaylie Bott (Colorado).
