With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dave L. Valdez of Loveland, Colorado, born in Fort Collins, Colorado, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, King Valdez and Mildred Salazar of Fort Collins. He is survived by : his daughter Joanna Keiffer; his son-in-law Sjohn of Loveland; his granddaughter Anna Falk (Dan); his great grandchild Edward of Parachute, Colorado.; his siblings, Cordelia Jiron of Littleton, Marge Vasquez (Pete) of Tucson, Vernie Valdez of Greeley, Mary Pineda of Windsor, Debra Valdez of Windsor, Veronica Sanchez (Jerry) and Joe Valdez of Fort Collins; and his wife Gloria Vigil of Fort Collins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

He enjoyed dancing, watching westerns and campy sci-fi shows and movies, donating to many various causes, and was a lifetime NRA member.
