He is survived by : his wife Mickey; his stepchildren, Rob Smith (Christi), Brent Smith (Brenda) and Stacy Ballek (Kevin); his grandchildren, Tony Smith (Cassie), Bryant Smith (Kristy), Britney Burch (Robert) and Brandee Floyd (Trever); and his great grandchildren, Colton Kelly, Harper Kelly, Charlie Smith, Grace Burch, Luke Smith and Hudson Burch.
