He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Bernhardt and Beverly Bernhardt (Lane); and his friend Barbara Nelson. He is survived by: his former spouse Kim Tarbox; his children, Jeff, Kristin, Megan, Jeffrey Lane Bernhardt, Nicholas Adam Bernhardt and Corey Byron Bernhardt (Corinne); his grandchildren, Jada, Eli Bernhardt and Cooper Bernhardt; his sister Connie Bernhardt; his former wife Kim Bernhardt; Kristin Zaideman and Megan Nelson.
