He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne Wert and Joy Wert. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; and his children, Michael Wert (Tina) and Kelly Jo Ross (Charlie). He is also survived by four grandsons, one granddaughter and one great grandson.
