She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Bonnie Barrett of Hyder, Alaska; her children, Kathleen of Longmont and Darin of Loveland; her grandchildren, Nick Wilbanks, Alison Wilson (Barrett), Kirsten Sullivan (Dusenbery), Lindy Dusenbery and Meredith Dusenbery; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Melania Wilbanks, Starlight Wilson, Adelaide, Margaret and Benedict Sullivan; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Barrett and Margie Bristol.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Frances' name to House of Neighborly Service in Loveland.
