He is survived by: his wife Stevie Rutt; his nephew Derik (Lindsey); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoie, Ivie and Charlie; his nephew Cory; and his cousins, Cindy Bublitz (Ed), Paula Davison, Doug Burgdorff and Brad Burgdorff.
