Though Glenda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Glenda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lenard Hensley and Hazel Ruby Hensley; her husband Herman Lawson; and her daughter Vana Rhea Tidwell. She is survived by: her son Darrell Lawson (Jorene) of Weatherford, Texas.. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Andrews North Cemetery Nw Ave (1401 W Broadway St, Andrews, TX 79714).
