She was predeceased by : her husband Bruce Cason; her parents, William H. Hutchinson and Beth Hutchinson; and her brother Harold D. Hutchinson. She is survived by : her children, Melody B. Sullivan of Loveland, CO, Bruce D. Cason [Julie] of Fresno, CA and Jill M. Gibb [Greg] (Michelle B Rogers [Mitchell]) of Lone Tree, CO; her grandchildren, Zach Sullivan, Jason Button, Tyler Cason, Maggie Quillman, Ally Gibb, Zoey Gibb, Lyla Rogers and Lincoln Rogers; and her great grandchildren, Braelynn, Lux, James, Lily, Jeffery, Deanna and Colter.

Those who wish to pay tribute with a donation in lieu of flowers are asked to donate in her name to the First Christian Church of Loveland, Pathways Hospice of Northern Colorado, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
