He was predeceased by : his parents, James Norris and Elizabeth Norris (Thomas); his siblings, Ronald, Roger and Mary Jane (Janie); and his son Michael Lee.

He is survived by : his wife Karolyn Clemmons; his children, Michelle Lynn (Yeager) and Jeffery Brian Norris; his stepson Thomas LaFiura; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Brandon, Tiffany, Ashley and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Ariel, Axel and Ozzy; and his siblings, Jenice (Miller) and Randall Sr. (Cynthia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
