He is survived by : his children, Carolyn Broadwater (Terry) of Mountainview, Sherri Jones (Dick) of Ramah, Kathy Ammendolia of Loveland and Curt Collins (Patricia) of Loveland; his grandchildren, Erik Temple, Laura Golay, Jeremy Jones, Jason Jones, Bryce Ammendolia, Alex Collins and Travis Collins; his great grandchildren, Bradley Golay, John Golay, Cody Jones, Wyatt Jones, Jack Ammendolia, Sawyer Ammendolia and Reece Ammendolia; and his brother Charles "Oz" Collins (Ruth) of Galeton.
