He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Burton Tuttle and Mary Tuttle (Robinson); his son Joseph B. Tuttle III; his former wife Jayne Smith; his son-in-law Billy Daugherty; and his siblings, Val, Burton, Douglas and Maralyn O'Neil.
He is survived by: his daughters, Luann Daugherty (Billy) of Platteville and Tracy Eckhardt (Hod Soto) of Greeley; his wife Barbara Viglienzone; his grandson Alex (Brooke); his great grandchild Mae Everly; his siblings, Alfreda Grimm and Halbert (Sandra); his brothers-in-law, John O'Neil, John Smith (Sally), Bradford Smith (Jacki) and Roy Molesworth (Pam); and his stepchildren, Deborah Carter (Kent) and Kirk Felix (Trish). He is also survived by 3 step grandsons, and 5 step great grandchildren.
