She was predeceased by : her parents, Adolph Schulz and Elsie Schulz. She is survived by : her sons, Matt Bratten (Lisa Salerno) and Wade Bratten (Lisa); her grandchildren, Trent Bratten (Lauren), Erika Cianca (Dann), Jace Bratten (Emily), Travis Bratten and Seth Bratten (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Adelyn Bratten, Emery Bratten, Bowen Bratten, Carson Bratten, Harrison Cianca and Brody Bratten; her sister Vera Wolf; her brother-in-law Kermit Bratten (Debbie); her husband Milford Bratten; her son Rick Bratten; her siblings, Norbert Schulz, Milton Schulz, Virgel Schulz and Elaine Brown; and her daughter-in-law Debra Bratten. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged in her memory to the House of Neighborly Service.

Michael Schulz wrote a sympathy message

“Matt & Wade our prayers and condolences go out to you and your families. I will always remember your Mom for her Schulz humor and joking with us kids. She always stood up for the nieces and nephews when the Uncles started to get a little overboard with their joking and teasing at the Christmas gatherings at Grandma Schulz’s. We wish that we would have been able to have seen you both when we stopped to see your Mom back in 2019 and shared news of our families. Mike & Kathy Schulz, Daphne, AL”
