She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick W. Schmer and Lydia Schmer (Peppler); and her brother Frederick A. Schmer. She is survived by: her daughters, Tané Leach (Steve) and Tara Rowe (Brad); her grandchildren, Mallory Witcher (Blaze), Milana Rowe, Mitchell Leach (Kaitlyn) and Braxton Rowe; her great grandchild Jo-Lee James Witcher (JJ); her sister-in-law Mary Buckmiller; and her close friend Bruce Helzer.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Larimer County 4-H or the Miss Rodeo Colorado Pageant in care of Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home.
