She was predeceased by: her parents, James Higgins and Caroline Higgins; her siblings, Margaret and Phillip; and her brother-in-law Charles Maes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathleen, Rose Marie (Rick), Vivian (Steve), Susan (Robert), Theresa, David (Bre) and Wallace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
