He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Countryman. He is survived by: his mother Edith Countryman; his wife Denyse; his children, Meghan Simmons (Dustin), Morghan Countryman and Dahlton Countryman; his grandchildren, Bentley, Leland, Mia and Robert; his siblings, Patty Thompson (Brad) and Brian Countryman (Ann); and his brother-in-law Jason Avis. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
