She was predeceased by: her parents, Holland Vollenweider and Mary Vollenweider (Zeigler); her husband Ron Zimmerman; her in-laws, Alex and Elizabeth Zimmerman; her sisters, Marian Graham and Mavis Butler; and her sister-in-law Jean Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas (Connie), Brian (Kristine) and Laurie Galvan (Jose); her grandchildren, Colton (Marnie), Ciera Williams (Nick) and Micah Galvan (Lindsey); and her sister Arlene Britton.
