He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bartholomew and Bessie Bartholomew; and his siblings, Bill, Tom, David and Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Fern Kane; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Fern Marie, Molly, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Kaley, Jenna, Ethan, Anna, Michael and Ellie. He is also survived by wife of 59 years, and his children and grandchildren.
While Alzheimer's stole many of his retirement years, he and Fern still enjoyed trips to visit their children throughout the country and reunions with friends in the Black Hills.
