He is survived by: his stepmother Dolores Hinojosa Rios; and his siblings, Antonio Rios (Consuelo), Enrique Rios (Ruby), Rogelio Rios (Arcelia), Adolfo Rios (Manuela), Homero Rios (Lorena), Jesus-David Rios (Gilma), Rafael Rios (Flor), Rosa Ortiz (Salvador), Ernestina Marquez (Martin), Norma Ortiz (Ramon), Guadalupe and Gracia Rios. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
