He is survived by: his wife Jeanele Rogers; his daughters, Misty Green (Ben), Naomi Arvidson, Michelle Goldsberry (Sean), Rebecca Holsclaw (Merytt) and Jacqueline Duran (John); and his sisters, Kathy Kamerzell (Guy) and Mindy Banowetz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
