She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Phillips and Eloise Phillips; and her siblings, Patricia Mohn Nickels, Barbara Ellis, Kate Stewart and Wes Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Racette; her son-in-law Kevin Racette; her grandson Scott Racette; and her sister Joan Waldron. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Sarah Phillips Lloyd Memorial Fund and sent to Viegut Funeral Home.
