He was predeceased by: his parents, James Amack and Eileen Amack; his sisters, Nancy Daughtry, Patty Sheneman and Gail Amack; and his niece Stephanie Sterling.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Amack; his children, Amanda Miller (Todd), Dustin Amack (Sarah) and Lacey Amack (Marley); his sisters, Sharon Sterling (Mike) and Carol Poulter (Darrel); his grandchildren, Hannah, Gunner and Emberly; and his family Lacey.
