He is survived by : his children, Eileen Meyers of Alamosa, CO. and Robert Jack of La Jara, CO; and his grandchildren, Nathan Haslett (Renae) of Alamosa, Chad Haslett (Belinda) of Arkansas and Robin Rivera (Delbert) of Farmington, NM. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
