She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Thomas. She is survived by: her daughters, Khloe and Maria; her husband David; her mother Debbie Thomas; and her siblings, Deslie Medina (Milo), Trevor Thomas (Ashlee), Randi Billman (Devin) and Travis Thomas (Tierney).
