She is survived by: her spouse Jenn Cook; her children, Khaymon Ray (Katahna Swank), Hannah (Rylee Brown), Hunter Ray (Jalista Castillo), Mack James, James (Audrey Garcia), Jayson Garcia, Jenae (Martin Padilla), Paul Lubin and Levi Lubin; her grandchildren, Oliver and Oakley Brown; and her siblings, Lee, Jamie Cook, Joyce, Andrew Wilson, Jennifer and Randall Hatcher.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Abode Hospice, or Mill Dog Rescue of Colorado.
