He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Vittetoe and Laura Vittetoe. He is survived by: his wife Vernie; his children, Dana, Lisa (Cole), Kristen, Chad, Jesse (Victoria) and Aaron (Tiffinnie); his grandchildren, Jace, Payton, Vinny, Kyla, Jenner, Austin, Caleb and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Ollie and June; and his siblings, Carol, Nancy (Michael), Kathy (Bill), Peggy, Barbara, Mary, Becky, Jimmy, Pete, Judy and Tommy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
