She is survived by: her husband Scott Caton of Alamosa; her children, Ben Caton (Angie) of Eagle, CO, Jess Caton (Tish) of Alamosa, CO, Russ Caton (Bethany) of Alamosa, CO, Ashley Caton of Grand Falls, ND, Trace Caton (Brittny) of Highland, UT and Bart Caton (Michelle) of Cottonwood, UT.; and her sisters, Lisa Chambers, Diana Bisbee (Hex) and Katrina Chambers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry for your loss. Chrissy was such a good friend of mine and a wonderful, kind person. We met at age 9 at Montezuma Elementary School in Albuquerque and became best of friends. I cherish those memories. Even though our lives took us apart, her to Alamosa and me to Michigan, we stayed in touch with occasional meetings in Albuquerque when we could work it out and Christmas and Birthday cards.
