She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose C. Sanchez and Sulema Trujillo Sanchez. She is survived by: her children, Lani Suazo (Erin) of Baltimore, MD and Joey Suazo (Kristina) of Colorado Springs, CO; her stepchildren, Francine Lozoya (Sigifredo Rodriguez, Sr.) of Monte Vista, CO, Blanca Lozoya of Pueblo West, CO and Harry Lozoya (Nicole) of Greeley, CO; her granddaughter Gracie Marie; her siblings, Andres Sanchez (Rose), Mary Jaramillo (James), Eva Qualls, Leroy Sanchez (Wanda), Mike Sanchez (Terri), Linda Sanchez (John), Roberta Ortiz (Mike) and Rick Sanchez (Janice); and her sister-in-law Anita Sanchez. She is also survived by relatives, alongside numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rogers Family Mortuary - Monte Vista (404 Morris St, Monte Vista, CO 81144). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (425 Batterson St, Monte Vista, CO 81144). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the San Luis Valley Cemetery (Monte Vista, CO 81144).
