He is survived by: his wife Loyola Agatha Medina; his children, Gilbert Medina Jr. (Rachel), Luanne Torres (Andrew) and Rudy Medina (Liza); his grandchildren, Danny Solis, Lydia Hess, Violet Martinez, Andres Torres (Lashonda), Lucus Torres (Rachael), Alyssia Torres, David Medina, Matthew Medina and Isabel Contreras; his sister Maria; and his great grandchildren, Daniella, Matthew, Ami, Andrew, AJ, TJ, Karsynn, Maverick, Juliette, Declan, Oakley, Lyla and Logan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Wellness Center in Del Norte, Colorado.
