Karen Ann Deacon Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Ann Deacon (Monte Vista, Colorado), who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Thropp (Max) and Ruth Thropp (Brownell); and her sister Rebecca. She is survived by : her husband Max Deacon; her children, Janine White (Andy) and Matthew Deacon (Kazie); her grandchildren, Kyle, Heath (White), Jacob, Rebecca, Catie (Deacon) and Charlie Hayes; her sister Christina Jesperson (Thropp); her brother-in-law Tom Gray; and her stepmother Yvonne Thropp.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made in Karen's name to the Monte Vista Cemetery Association. Donations can be mailed to P0 Box 43, Monte Vista, CO 81144.
