He is survived by: his wife Kathy McCullough; his sons, Eric McCullough (Lindy) and Nathan McCullough (Angie); his grandchildren, Tasey Medina (Keoki Medina), Laurèn McCullough (Frank Culver), Cole McCullough, Gabe McCullough, Aubree McCullough (Wyatt Mansker), Sydney Hedden (Ethan Hedden), Luke McCullough and Addisyn McCullough; his great grandchildren, Ayden, Kamaya, Willow and Kaylee; and his siblings, Donna, Linda, Paul, Phillip, Sue, Theresa and Denton McCullough.
