He was predeceased by: his parents, A. L. Miller and Etta Miller; his stepmother Margery Miller; his cousin Jess Miller; and his brother-in-law Milton Harding.

He is survived by: his son Cody Miller of Milam, TX; his wife Debbie Harding of Rogers Mesa; his children, Lacey of Aspen and Chase of Lafayette, CO.; his grandchildren, Dustin Miller, Kyler Katzenberger and Monroe Miller; his great grandchild Saige Katzenberger; and his stepsiblings, Donna Rohwer, Pat Tuck, Janet Stewart, Shirley Roberts and Alen Milsaps.
