She was predeceased by: her husband Jack (Jack); her daughter Shawnalyn; and her siblings, Ann, Dean and George.
She is survived by: her sister Sheri Swerdfeger; her children, Jennifer Culver, Randy Simkins, Jill Piatt (Gary), Allison Anderson and Stephanie Tait (Brian); her grandchildren, Christopher Simkins, Franklin Culver (Ren), Bradly Culver (Rebecca), Maylee Simkins, Preston Piatt (Leslee), Shelby Piatt, Zachary Passmore and Kylie Grett (Cole); and her great grandchildren, Sabastine Simkins, Anita Miramontes, Michael Culver, Madison Culver, Kaylee Culver, Dax Landen, Lilly Landen, Lane Piatt, Colton Piatt, Preslee Piatt, Harrison Grett and Sullivan Grett.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Chapel of Montrose (2201 S Townsend Ave, Montrose, CO 81401).
