He is survived by: his wife Maggie (Margaret) of Montrose; his children, Grant (Andrea) of Ridgway, Chad (Brittani) of Montrose and Alicia Harper (Jared) of Madison; his grandchildren, Kaydence, Wilder, Ridge, Madilynn and Titus; his sister Dawn Bowman (Dave) of Olathe; his nephew Andrew Bowman (Sarah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyanne and Rio.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dale's name to Operation Heal Our Patriots through Samaritan's Purse.
