He was predeceased by: his significant other Krista Scott. He is survived by: his brother Jay O; his children, Derek and Jill; and his pets, Riley and Traziee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Crippin Funeral Home Chapel (802 E Main St, Montrose, CO 81401). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Fort Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236).
