He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kintz and Arlene Kintz; and his brother Vic Kintz. He is survived by: his family Lake Powell; his wife Betty Kintz; his daughters, Jennifer Malone, Mary Koehler and Holly Kintz; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Schneider, Michael Koehler and Taylor Malone; his great grandchildren, Ben and Ava Schneider; and his siblings, Ed Kintz, Larry Kintz, Loretta Clay and Terry Locke.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (16672 Woodgate Rd, Montrose, CO 81401).
After a long battle with Parkinson's disease, Donald "Don" Kintz fell asleep in death on October 12, 2026, at his home in Montrose, Colorado.
