He is survived by: his wife Debrah Lynn Boren; his daughter Dustie Johnson; his granddaughters, Tayler Weekly Johnson and Kendra Kasper (JD Kasper); his great grandchildren, Rielle Woodden, Elise Kasper and Kyra Kasper; his sister Carol Ann Rieher (Mick Rieher); his nieces, Lora Leigh Rieher and Suzie Rieher; and his great-nephew Jordin Rieher.
