He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Germaine Holden (Holden) and Wilber Lee Holden; Aaron Helmick. He is survived by: his wife Irene Leonard Holden (Helmick); his sons, Shawn Holden (Kim) of Bentonville, AR, Rick Holden of Blue Hill, NE and James Nicklin of Nassau, NH.; his stepchildren, Amy Bollinger (Jim) of Montrose and Laney Helmick of Paron, AR; and his siblings, Patricia Consbruck (Steve) of Dalhart, TX, Douglas Holden (Linda) of Volcano, CA and Andrew Holden. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 bonus grandchildren, plus 1 great grandchild, and 10 bonus great grandchildren, 2 aunts, 3 cousins, and many nephews and nieces.
