He is survived by: his wife Teri; his siblings, Frances Day-Colbert, Linda Breffle, Roberta Chase, Angela Pierce, Maureen Blackford, Carol Black, Jim and Rick; his sons, Phil Jr. (Carrie), Tony (Gretchen) and Scott (Tokin); his grandchildren, Kevin (Ivette), Alex, Jeremy, Anna (Levi), Brooks, Parker and Bailey; and his great grandchild Iliana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
